User Types and Permissions
When inviting a new user or when updating an existing user, you can set the user's type. The type affects what the user can see and modify within your BigMailer account.
Account administrator
Account administrators have full access to the BigMailer account. They can access all brands and all account level settings (billing, users, API keys, etc). In short, they can do everything the account owner can do.
Account manager
Account managers have almost full access to all brands. They cannot export contact data. They cannot manage sensitive account level settings (billing, users, and account contact).
Brand manager
Brand managers have access to a specific list of brands assigned to them. They can manage the lists and campaigns in the assigned brands. They cannot create additional brands and cannot access account level settings (billing, users, API keys, etc).
Campaign manager
Campaign managers have access to a specific list of brands assigned to them. They can manage only the campaigns in the assigned brands. They cannot manage lists and cannot view or export contact data. They cannot create additional brands and cannot access account level settings (billing, users, API keys, etc).
Template manager
Template managers have access to a specific list of brands assigned to them. They can manage only the templates in the assigned brands. They cannot manage lists and cannot view or export contact data. They cannot create additional brands and cannot access account level settings (billing, users, API keys, etc). They cannot manage campaigns.
